CrossFit Carstairs is a great gym for all ages. With a variety of WODs, positive coaches and members, I would strongly recommend giving CrossFit Carstairs a try!

It is an amazing place. I'm not only learning to jump and do tricks, but I'm having fun! I am learning so much.

Well-maintained pool and steam room! The only thing keeping it from 5-stars is that there is no temperature control on the showers and the water is too hot! Lockers are large - easy to fit your bag in. Very clean facility and friendly staff.

The renovation at the Royal Glenora Is largely complete and it’s a sight to behold. The transformation has been amazing. Hats off to all the members who have endured significant inconvenience during the construction as well as the impact from COVID restrictions. We now have a world class family oriented sports club nestled in the views of our river valley. In addition, our dining room and lounge provide a wonderful experience whether you’re looking for a casual meal to watch the game, or a beautiful supper inside or on the patio over looking the river valley. Leading the charge we have Scott Hippee, CEO, with years of club experience right here in Edmonton.

This is a great place for young people of all ages to learn to paddle. The club house is on the edge of the lake and they even have a little beach there for the kids. Lessons of every kind and lots of instructors. The clib house is well maintained and it is also availavle for functions

Great hotel in a great location. It's convenient if you are arriving in Victoria via the FRS Clipper ferry; a very quick walk from where that ferry docks. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I had a nice view from my balcony! It's also close to downtown and you pass by the Empress and the parliament building on your way to downtown.

This is a fantastic gym!!! I have been a member of PFPC for 5 years and absolutely love my experience thus far. It is conveniently located, very clean and the equipment is new and well maintained. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. My trainer is very motivating and encouraging and he makes it fun and enjoyable to train. I would highly recommend PFPC!!!

He was great with my kids. His energy was positive and he was highly skilled. In adult classes he used resistance bands which I like.
